I’m Kathya. I’m a career coach who’s been in your shoes—making big changes, navigating unknowns, and figuring out what really matters. With over a decade of global leadership experience—from building brands in New York to investing in founders in Denmark, I know what it takes to adapt, grow, and thrive.
I’ve faced career pivots, cultural shifts, and burnout head-on. Now, I use everything I’ve learned to help others build careers that aren’t just successful, but deeply fulfilling.
